WARRANTY
Patriot Safe Rooms have been manufactured and tested to the highest quality standards by Intertek-ATL. This limited lifetime warranty offered by Patriot Safe Rooms covers defects in material or workmanship in new Patriot Safe Rooms products.
Patriot Safe Rooms will replace at no charge for parts only or, at its option, replace any product or part of the product that proves defective because of improper workmanship and/or material, under normal installation, use, service, and maintenance. All modular steel panels, barrel hinges, slide bolts, and connecting hardware (Grade 5 nuts and bolts) are covered.
The Patriot Safe Rooms warranty does not cover conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. Conditions, malfunctions, or damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, or alteration are not covered. Accessories, connected materials and products, or related products not manufactured by Patriot Safe Rooms are also excluded from this warranty.
